Please email us your chosen plan with your name/company name/VAT ID if needed. We’ll send you an invoice with our bank details. Your account will be upgraded right after the transfer is initiated.

Credits are utilized for two main purposes: 'Processed Triangles' and 'Embedded Views'.
Each credit corresponds to either 1 million triangles or 500 embedded views.
1. Processed Triangles:
- Every 1 million triangles in your scene uses 1 Credit for processing (minimum 3 Credits per scene)
- Example: Upload a scene containing 8.3 million triangles will require 8 Credits
2. Embedded Views:
- Every 500 'Embedded Views' consumes 1 Credit.
- This charge is applicable only for views accessed through iframe Embeds.
- Note: Views of public scenes on the Viz4D gallery are free of charge.

Credits of Yearly plans will expire in 12 months from purchase date.
Credits of Monthly plans will expire in 1 month from purchase date.
All credits of yearly plan are provided upfront after purchase, giving you the flexibility to use them whenever you need.

We offer a high guarantee for our processing:
If the resulting processing fails due to Viz4D technical reasons and cannot be edited, your scene will be reprocessed free of charge.
You should check and report error in 7 days, after this time Viz4D will delete your original uploaded scene thus we cannot auto reprocess it afterward, you'd need to upload again.

You can change your Plan at any time. As soon as you finish paying for the new Plan, any changes will happen immediately:
- All benefits and features will follow the new Plan.
- The expiry date is reset based on the new payment date.
- Your unused Credit in the previous Plan will be roll-over to the new Plan, note that roll-over credits is valid in 15 days after switch.

If you don't purchase a new paid Plan when the old paid Plan has expired, your account will automatically switch to a FREE Plan. There are only 5 Active scenes in the FREE plan, all other scenes will be stored in Inactive mode (viewable only by account Owners).
