Yes. When a scene is deleted within 7 days after upload, the credits it used will be reclaimed back to your account so you can rerun the new edited scene at no extra charge. Our mechanism ensures every scene can be retried once for free in 7 days after upload. So if your first result is not satisfactory, you can edit and rerun once for free to have the best result possible.

Yes. You can upgrade a free scene to a premium scene for 2 premium credits.

Yes. You can delete the scene when you don't need it anymore to stop hosting.
Afterward, when you need that scene again, you can re-upload the processed scene anytime (no need rerun from ground up): simply point to the Viz4D folder in the same folder as your scene (which contain result of your scene), you can re-upload that processed scene to Viz4D without reprocessing, it will cost 2 credits similar to upload new scene.
Note: The re-uploaded scene does not contain additional data that you created in Editor like hotspots and tours, that Viz4D folder contains purely the processed 3D scene.
In case you want to archive the scene as is, you can consider downloading the Self-hosted version for that scene, it match 100% with the current version on Viz4D.
